Weather Pro+250
Weather Pro+250 Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar which is used to minimise permeability and increase the waterproofing properties of concrete and cement sand mortars for critical applications like roof slabs and screeds, basements, external plastering, bathroom floors, water tanks, sumps, drains etc.

Health and Safety Instructions
Weather Pro+250 does not fall into the hazard classifications of current regulations. However, it should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Suitable protective gloves and goggles should be worn. Splashes on the skin should be removed with water. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Weather Pro+250 is water based and nonflammable.
Cleaning and Disposal
Spillages of Weather Pro+250 should be absorbed onto sand, earth or vermiculite and transferred to suitable containers. Remnants or vermiculite are transferred to suitable containers. Remnants should be hosed down with large quantities of water. The disposal of excess or waste material should be carried out in accordance with local legislation under the guidance of the local waste regulatory authority.

Weather Pro+250 is a dark brown liquid based on lignosulphonates which mixes readily with water and therefore disperses evenly. Weather Pro+250 waterproofs by improving the quality of the concrete or mortar. It reduces the water demand for required workability and minimises segregation and bleeding. Thus, it is more efficient compared to traditional powder water proofers as its use results in two-fold improvement of concrete or mortar.

The optimum dosage of Weather Pro+250 to meet specific requirements is 200 Ml for 50 kg of cementitious material in the concrete mortar mix. WP +250 is mixed into the gauging water required to prepare concrete or mortar. Maintain water cement ration less than (<0.5).
Over Dosages
Dosage outside the normal range quoted above can be used to meet particular mix requirements. Over dosage may cause delay in the setting time and segregation. Contact Brij Additives for advice in these cases
Weather Pro+250 is available in 1Liter, 5 Litres & 10 Litres containers and 235 Litres drums.
Weather Pro+250 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months when stored under normal temperatures, It should be protected from direct sunlight & extrem temperature, preferably stored in shades in cool temperature
