Chloride Free Shotcrete Admixture

To enable a high build thickness of sprayed concrete, shotcrete and gunite without slump with minimum rebound.

Standards Compliance

Ultraset 100 meets the requirements of ACI 506-56 (recommended practice for shotcreting – Concrete society Specification for Sprayed concrete).

Application Instructions

Mixing and Sispensing

A pumpable mix design is required to produce a high workability mix without risk of bleeding of segregation of aggregates. Supermix PC 350 shall be used to module above concrete. The correct quantity of Ultraset 100 is directly added to the concrete at the time of shotcreting.

Shelf Life

Ultraset 100 has a minimum shelf life of 6 months.

Storage Conditions

Store in dry conditions in the original, unopened container. If stored at high temperatures, the shelf life may be reduced.

Fire

Ultraset 100 is Non-Flamable.

Cleaning and Disposal

Spillages of Ultraset 100 should be hosed down with water.

Precautions Health and Safety

Ultraset 100 is non-caustic. It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin or eyes. Suitable protective gloves and goggles should be worn Splashes on the skin should be removed with water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
